Unauthorized reproduction or commercial distribution is strictly prohibited.

2. Client Design Consultations & Proposals

Initial project briefs and digital consultations do not constitute a binding architectural contract. Formal engagements commence only upon execution of a dedicated Design Agreement signed by both parties outlining fixed schedules, deliverables, and payment milestones.

3. Website Accuracy & Scope Updates

We strive to present precise material representations and spatial information across our digital platforms. However, natural materials (including grain variations in American walnut and plaster textures) are unique by nature and subject to natural organic variation.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
